Our parking plan was approved and we are one step closer to construction! We are thrilled that we are able to provide needed parking in our development for both our tenants and the community. However, the bigger question that nags our earthloving hearts at LYNC is, “how can we shift the parking paradigm”? Read our blog here for details and some interesting insights.

Construction Update
We are creeping ever so slowly towards that fantastic date where we can announce the start of construction. Approval by Grand River Conservation Authority for our flood plans and by Wilmot Township for our parking plan and minor variances were milestones in the process. The township has been very supportive in prioritizing our site plan for review. Site Plan approval and subsequent CMHC (and other) funding awards are our next milestones. Stay tuned to this newsletter, we will be shouting from the mountaintops when we can say together with you, our supporters, “Let’s Build”!

Looking out at the cold February weather may not get you thinking about gardening, but we sure are! Thanks to a $5,000 grant received for our community garden from the Kindred Charitable Fund we are busy planning for spring.
